How many people can go on a lane?

Maximum 6 people per lane.
How much notice do I have to give to book a lane?

Lane reservations may be made up to two weeks in advance through our website homepage. Or you may walk in anytime and pay as you play based on availability at that time.
How much notice do I have to give to book an event?

For group events and parties it depends on availability. During our busiest times of the year such as November and December, we often book up several weeks in advance. Please speak to one of our event planners if you are interested in booking a kids birthday, company party, adult party, team building event or any other private party or event.
Are you able to eat and drink at the lanes?

Yes! We have full food and beverage service (including alcoholic beverages) in our entire venue. Order from the menu in our restaurant/lounge area and the food may be delivered directly to your lanes.
What is glow in the dark or cosmic bowling?

Glow in the dark bowling, also called cosmic bowling, is when the regular white lights are off and we run black lights along with music. During cosmic bowling, we play a variety of popular music and play the accompanying music videos and/or local sporting games (think hockey, baseball & basketball) on our screens. Cosmic bowling is offered on all of our lanes in the entire venue from Friday evening to Sunday evening. During the weekdays we offer cosmic bowling in our VIP section.
What is the smallest bowling shoe size?

kids size 8 up to basketball player size 17!
What is a VIP lane?

Lanes 1-8 – exclusive area – cosmic bowling all the time – you may book it out as a private event or you may select to bowl in that section with others for a semi-private experience.
Can I have a private party at Playtime?

We specialize in private parties and group events. Make your big or small affair memorable by holding it here. We host kids birthday parties, company parties, corporate events, team building events, school and community events and more. We can tailor your event to meet the needs of your group, including the use of our private party rooms and spaces. For more information, please contact one of our event planners.
How to book a Corporate or Adult event?

Booking an Adult event is easy a) invite a minimum of 10 guests; b) feed them - your event must be accompanied with a food pre-order from our Catering Menu; c) plan ahead - we require a minimum notice of 8-10 days prior to your desired event date to book you in d) come ready to have an awesome time – no experience necessary!
How to book a Kids party?

You may book your kids party up to 6 x weeks in advance of your event date and no later than the Friday 12noon prior to your event date. Start times are from 10am-430pm – full package descriptions are available HERE, minimum 10 kids including the birthday child.
What do I need to know about booking a laser tag party?

Minimum age requirement is 6, we have a maximum of 24 players at a time in the laser tag arena.
Can I bring in my own food?

The only outside food permitted in the Venue is your speciality cake or cupcakes.
